No, you don't need to have a registered trademark, but you need to be a registered e.g. as "Società a Responsabilità Limitata" or "Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada".

Your provider should be able to offer you not only a .SRL domain but also web space and other useful services for your web presence under .SRL.
